Based in Reston, Virginia, the L-3 Multiple-Award Resource Center (MRC) centrally manages the Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules for L-3. With the goal of delivering the most effective solutions on these contracting tools, the L-3 MRC has established itself as the preeminent operation for delivering quick turn-around proposals.

The L-3 MRC maintains a team of program and business development managers who provide a number of value-added services to ensure efficient and maximized use of the L-3 contract vehicles. Working alongside your business development group from award through task order (TO) completion, the L-3 MRC team will ensure that use of the L-3 vehicles meets your needs and that compliance with vehicle contractual requirements is maintained.

The L-3 MRC provides support functions such as contract vehicle reporting requirements, TO invoicing, contract usage fee processing, and vetting and distributing of TO Requests for Proposal (TORFPs), which ensure that all contract vehicle requirements are met. In addition to those services, the L-3 MRC serves as an invaluable resource with years of knowledge and experience supporting government procurement through GWACs and GSA Schedules.
