GSA Millennia Lite

GSA's Millennia Lite is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing flexible, responsive contracting for IT systems and services to meet the requirements of U.S. government agencies anywhere in the world. With more than 30 years of experience supporting a wide range of military and civil departments and agencies, our company is ideally positioned to make Millennia Lite work for you. Millennia Lite’s scope and services are divided into four Functional Areas, of which L-3 is a prime contractor on Functional Areas 2, 3, and 4.

  • The contract allows for fixed price, cost reimbursable, or labor hour/time and material task orders.
  • The program has a ceiling of $20 billion.
  • Contract has a base period of three years and seven available performance-based extension years through 2010.
Millennia Lite is a highly flexible, contract vehicle and offers an array of labor categories and hourly rates that can be mixed to customize services, features, and other needed requirements. It is a total-solutions contract, providing services and hardware/software under the same task order.
