Based in Reston, Virginia, the L-3 GWAC Management Center (L-3 STRATIS GMC) centrally manages the GWACs and GSA Schedules for L-3 STRATIS. With the goal of efficiently increasing revenue captured on these L-3 contracting tools, the L-3 STRATIS GMC has established itself as the preeminent operation for delivering quick turn-around proposals. The L-3 STRATIS GMC maintains a team of program and business development managers who provide a number of value-added services to ensure the efficient and maximized use of the L-3 contract vehicles. Working alongside your business development group from award through task order completion the L-3 STRATIS GMC team will ensure that use of the L-3 vehicles meets your needs and that compliance with the contractual requirements of the vehicle is maintained.

The L-3 STRATIS GMC provides support functions including contract vehicle reporting requirements, task order invoicing, contract usage fee processing and the vetting and distribution of Task Order Requests for Proposal (TORFP’s), which ensure that all contract vehicle requirements are met. In addition to those services the L-3 STRATIS GMC serves as an invaluable resource with years of knowledge and experience in supporting government procurement though GWAC’s and GSA Schedules.
