Reston, Va., July 17, 2009 – L-3 Strategic Technologies and Intelligent Solutions (STRATIS), a division of L-3 Communications, announced today that it has appointed Sheila Cloud as Vice President, NASA Operations. As the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center’s (MSFC) Michoud Assembly Facility Manager from 2006 until her recent retirement, Ms. Cloud brings more than 26 years of experience at NASA to her new role with STRATIS, where she will head up all NASA-focused business operations, working from her Northern Alabama base. “We are very pleased and excited to have Sheila join our NASA operations,” stated Les Rose, President of L-3 STRATIS. “She brings an extraordinary depth of understanding of the agency, and her clear record of innovation will materially contribute to our team’s ability to support this valued customer.” Read more. |
